This is the dirtiest place I have ever stayed in my life. The smell of '****' on entering the building was disgusting. After eventually getting into the room it was un-hoovered and all surfaces were covered in dust, stains and tobacco. Customer services think because someone came Saturday afternoon to hoover this is acceptable. Quiet is not a word I'd use, we had someone battering on our door at 1am, other guests banging about till all hrs. AVOID!!

Pathetic way to run a business we booked 10-15 may and paid it we also received the proof of booking got here today only to find we have no room they have changed the booking to the 14-19 may without even telling us we are left with nowhere to stay and no way of getting home Avoid Avoid Avoid 😡😡

From the very start of our stay staff were very friendly our room had a complimentary bottle of wine with 2 glasses, it's was very clean,we had our evening meal in the restaurant starter arrived in no time main course arrived in less than 10mins as we ordered well done steaks food was amazing. Breakfast was great everything from continental and cooked self service cannot fault the price ,staff ,food ,cleanliness and facilities will be booking again very soon highly recommended. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so amazing 👏.

The area was decent for me but unfortunately the room was rather dire, the bed was clean thankfully but the rest of the room was grim, the worst being blood found in/on the drawers, the wardrobe and surrounding carpet. Only stayed for half my booked time

1st room stunk of dogs, Central Heating not working, No Hot water at basin (Electric Shower ok).
Emma (Receptionist) was extremely helpful, she moved us to another room which was a bit better (same as above just smelt better) and supplied us with 2 electric radiators.
I think the problem is when we booked, we requested a room with a bathroom as there were rooms with a shared bathroom, when we did this, the photo linked to it on the booking page, was far nicer than the room we got.
Lesson Learned!! You pay for what you get.
