Definitely would not recommend anyone to stay here. The staff is unresponsive, unfriendly and overall not up to Hilton standards. Had an issue with our room, notified front desk at 6:30a of the issue. Front desk told is they would call later that day to follow up, we didn’t hear from them for 5 days and when we did they were very rude and short. Left a purse there, took 6 calls over 2 days before someone finally called back to let us know they found it. Overall not good customer service

Had a wonderful vacation over Christmas. The hotel was clean, affordable, spacious and the food was delicious. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Definitely would stay again

Staff at front desk not very friendly. Also someone kept passing by to tell people not to eat outside food in the lobby.
