The front desk was very slow. Only one lady,she talked over the phone while putting me on hold for 5 minutes. I was the only guest in wait that time. The hotel is new and clean.

Not sure where to begin with this stay,this location is a 10/10 recommend. We flew in from New Orleans to attend the Dallas and Saints game (WHO⚜️DAT), it was only a 15 to 20 minute drive to arrive to the hotel from the airport.I will say from the moment we checked in to the time we checked out, everything was perfect. We were greeted with smiles the room was very nice and clean. The property itself was clean quiet and they also gave us two free complementary drinks each night. The breakfast was awesome(lol) but overall, this was a great experience at the Embassy suite property in Irving.

Clean, comfortable, with top tier service!
Great stay and excellent service. We recommend Embassy Suites Las Colinas to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable stay when away from home. Breakfast is wonderful with tons of options, and the staff are top notch. My family always prefers this hotel over others in the area.

After seeing the reviews I didn’t expect much but was pleasantly surprised. The room was nicely appointed and was very clean and nice. I enjoyed the breakfast which had hot food, fruit and paso. The staff was very nice. One think I didn’t like was the bar did not open til 5.
