Hermitage Resort & Thermal Spa

On arrival at the hotel we was warmly greeted after spending the day travelling. We was here to spend 3 nights at the hotel for our honeymoon, The hotel is really nice, there is so many areas you can sit and relax in peace and quiet, the pools are all well kept and a good temperature. We had lunch at the restaurant one day and the food was great quality also, I would definitely return to the hotel as we had a comfortable and great time. There is just a couple of points for improvements: Breakfast is typical style however it would be nice if the warm options was hotter as they was always slightly warm, also if items was refilled more quickly most days we arrived around 9am and most items was not refilled. On the pool there is some sunlounges that require cushions but these was not on or available to find. People smoking on balconies, we could not have our balcony door open as you could constantly smell cigarette smoke and it would come into the room if the window/ door was open, to make it enjoyable for all guests they should stop people smoking on balconies and provide smoking area within the hotel areas.

This hotel as lovely gardens & views but the food isn't the best the cheapest rooms have problems with windows and doors not fitting well & so ants can get in . If we go again we'd pay more to up grade the room? & eat out . Allso love'd the thermal spa Inside and out pools

It’s is hard to put into words how good this hotel is. This was our second time staying at the Hermitage, and will certainly not be our last! Absolutely wonderful hotel. The highlights are the staff, all of them are extremely attentive; from reception, wait staff, housekeeping, and they all have a ‘nothing is too much’ attitude. They made our stay truly special. The food is second to none, and there is a fantastic drinks selection on offer including local wines and cocktails. Breakfasts are wonderful (and you’re spoilt for choice - pastries, cereals, cooked breakfast, and cold meats) and we really enjoyed the newly opened Terrazza for lunch. The facilities are wonderful, the pools are kept immaculate and the sun beds are comfortable. Well worth a trip to the Spa! We had massages, body scrubs and more and it was well worth it. I wish I could give the hotel and all its staff more than a 5* rating. Thank you all, and see you next year.
