Didnt enjoy queing for 1 hour to collect sheets and check in then having to walk back 5 mins to hotel with everything inc luggage. Double trundle bed could only be made up as 2 singles and no top sheet... had to sleep next to blankets that werent laundered. Great position in town. Nice view.

Very disappointed... Very pleasant staff on arrival. Requires a clean apar**ent when we leave but when we arrive we find an apar**ent that is moderately clean (dirty table - disgusting mess)... No outlet on the work surface: forced to put the toaster on a chair, the coffee maker on the floor and the kettle on the TV cabinet. We wanted to ask for an extension but reception is supposed to close at 6 p.m. but at 5:40 p.m. no one answers us. The shared premises are dirty...

the photos given on the internet did not correspond to reality at all. part of the floor was broken. There were no instructions for the heater, so we slept in the cold one night. the bed turned out to be a pull-out sofa bed, okay… but it squeaked and ended up against a cupboard. there was no place to move the bed, so we had to constantly climb over the bed if we wanted to go in or out. the television didn't work either. the sheets are paper thin. There are two thick blankets in the room, although their hygiene is questionable. the cutlery was also not completely clean. the towels we received contained the text 'Ghent University Hospital', which Belgians have questions about. Okay, they must have been steamed, but it gives a very uncomfortable feeling when using them, don't they have their "own" towels? the accommodation was completely out of balance with the price we paid. The a**ospheric photos on the internet could be a little more close to reality, right?

Clean, spacious, well-equipped and ideally located apar**ent. Departure from the Belle Étoile chairlift approximately 100m away. Pleasant stay despite the noise generated by groups of young people who crowd into neighboring apar**ents by the dozen.

It was very cheap and that needs to be considered. Building was not clean (very tired and dirty) apar**ent was ok and did what we needed. Check inn was a faf and 10 minutes walk from hotel. Also hotel was not contactable via phone - I tried 5 plus times. If you go expecting a cheap hostel you will not be disappointed. It is safe and well located.

Having read the trip advisor reviews I was a little apprehensive before I arrived. What I found was a basic but very adequate apar**ent. The kitchen area and appliances were new and included a dish washer. The room hadn't been professionally cleaned between clients but was acceptably presented. The beds were on the hard side but OK. The walls are thin. The corridors need cleaning more often. The staff were friendly and check-in was easy. Note, there is an office in town at which you check in and collect keys, not from the reception area in the L'Edelweiss which is unmanned. There is no left luggage facility, but the Sport Brun ski shop offers this facility (6€/bag). The accomodation does not include bed linen or towels, so I bought my own, I can't comment on the quality of the ones offered for rent. There were clean pillows and extra blankets supplied in the room. I did not know how to switch on the heaters in the room and it was a "cool" on the first night. It transpires that there is a hidden switch behind the heater that you need to switch on as well as the more obvious on/off button on the top. The bath was missing a plug and the front door handle was very loose. I reported these minor issues the next day, and they were sorted almost immediately. The location of the building is great and convenient for the High Street and the Belle Etoille lift. The accomodation basic and quite scruffy in places, but very good value especially considering the low price I paid.
