Of course, the commute time will be early, and the number of items is so large early in the morning. I think it's hard to get together. The clerks were kind and willing to help. Some of them were not good at English. It was once in a while a little hard to communicate. Guests can have only coffee and tea in yhe lounge, but the opening hour is so limited(3pm~11pm). I felt surprised to see the dirty bathroom floor. Also, it was hard to believe that they didn't give my mom's room the bed sheet the first night we stayed. Good thing that it's located well near JR station and the breakfast ticket is quite convenient. Anyway, thank you for your service.

Hotel was located near susukino station around 5 minutes walk. Very convenient if youre taking tours as this is the meeting point. Breakfast was great very good selection for their buffet, clean and organized. Rooms were relative spacious. Airport bus stop walking distance from the hotel. Would love to stay here again next time.

Iβve been to Sapporo several times and also wanted to stay at this hotel.
Location is very convenient, just next to JR Sapporo station, driving there is easy as well. Parking for a small fee on site without the hassle of going outdoors is a plus as it is very cold outside during this period.
Hotel is surrounded by many stores and restaurants, there are plenty to choose from.
Breakfast is average, but the view is really nice. The nearby restaurants make up for the average onsite breakfast.
The view from our room was fantastic, day and night view of Sapporo is an eye catcher. The amenities they provide is also of good quality.
The hotel could use some renovation as it is beginning to look dated. Also downside is that the onsen on the 22 floor requires additional fee. It would be great if hotel guest can use it for free.
Overall a very nice hotel and I would definitely return.

The location is close to Nakajima Koen Station, so you have to walk a little to get to Susukino, a downtown area. About 10 minutes. It is convenient because the airport bus is nearby, but there are not many buses, so if you don't check it, you may have to go to Susukino or Sapporo.. And there is a shuttle from the hotel to Sapporo.
It's very nice to have a convenience store nearby. There is a park and a small stream, so it is good for a walk.
The room was big and clean(even though it's a little bit old) and I think this hotel really care about cleanliness. But there were some smell of old bathroom, except this, it was perfect.
And the view was excel :)

Another accommodation #Pork recommended, whoever comes #Hokkaido #Sapporo, walk to the Suzukino area, lock 5, just 5-10 minutes, next to there is a convenience store. On the opposite side there is a delicious ice cream shop. And still walk to the train station Tram not far The room is spacious and right. The bed is soft and comfortable. Perfectly allocated corners Clean bathroom, fully equipped. There is a washing machine available. Who is planning to go #Japan travel #Sapporo recommends here. This trip, pork stayed here for 2 nights and the end of the wings. I have been waiting to book a trip during the autumn leaves and snow in early December ππ
