The hotel is located at a great spot but hotel staff can do a better job at providing directions. The hotel elevator entrance is very difficult to find hotel is located inside a shopping mall with multiple entrances. The hotel is located on the 7th and 8th floor but the elevator won't go up to the 8th floor. So good luck dragging your bags to the 8th floor if your room is on the 8th floor.
The room was clean and very spacious. Don't expect much from morning breakfast.

Hotel is central in Roskilde and in a nice location. Been in it several times and rooms are variable in size. Those in older part can be on the small size. Hotel was nice and warm. -2c outside. Comfortable and clean. Good value l.

Mit værelse var beskidt. En af hovedpuderne var der meget støv på. Der var ingen sæbe i badet.
Stikkontakten med jord på værelset, havde ingen jord forbindelse.
Der var utrolig meget larm og smækken med dørene.
Synes overhovedet ikke at prisen og hotellet hænger sammen.

Lyst og stort hotellrom,men dessverre ble sengen til mine sønner på 12 og 15 all for liten.
Bodde i 9 etj-selvinnsjekk gikk kjempe fint. Litt lytt. Rent sengetøy og hånklær. 18 km til København sentrum. Lå ved et kjøpesenter,men ikke mange butikker.
