Isiolo is a small town, 40,000 people. There are not a lot of accomodations. One good thing about the hotel is the fact that it has an elevator and limited parking. It is clean. The staff are very friendly, but probably Kenyans are gentle in general. The hot water did not always work. The restaurant offering are limited, even for a small town.

The hotel is really beautiful and has great ambience however the stall are a little bit wanting. There offer no help at all with your luggage. The food was ok, we had to send back a few orders to be done again; mainly because the wait staff brought us the wrong orders. We got a good room with views of both sunrise and sunset and being on a relaxation trip it was actually very calming watching the sunsets. The management/owners need to pay attention more to the hotel and it can get 5 stars.
