Short stay, I guess that's why we haven't been able to get the most out of the hotel.
It seems that the hotel enjoyed better times.
They gave us a room next to some facility because there was a lot of noise.

This is out of my expectations as a 4 star hotel. Travel with a 3 year old boy this is definitely a good choice staying here. There are some splash park and toddle pools for liitle one, its a joy for him everyday after breakfast. Location is good also the food is good, everday has different options and some tasted wonderful! 5 star for me at this price 🙃

Bien situé dans le sud de l'île pleine de découvertes et de charme, cet hôtel a été pour nous une grande déception. Qualifié de 4 *, il ne vaut même pas 3 * ? Nous avons l'habitude de séjourner dans un hôtel 3 * en Andalousie qui est bien plus à la hauteur... Le tout inclus est médiocre : repas recyclés et peu variés, boissons dans verres en plastique dans des bars et restaurants bruyants en sous-sol aménagés avec du mobilier bas de gamme. Pas un seul salon chaleureux pour prendre un apéro tranquillement. Le seul bar piscine adultes fréquentable est ouvert de 12 h à 18 h !!! Bref, nous ne retournerons jamais dans cet établissement digne d'une "colonie de vacances", malgré ses nombreuses piscines....et son jardin bien entretenu.

The pools etc are the best thing about this hotel. Although one of the splash parks was broken as was one of the slides. The only restaurant I could find was the pizza place, which was shut most of the time. I saw it open twice. We were self catering so went out every night as there wasn't anything there. The rooms are ok but tired, I'm not sure when they were supposed to have been refurbished. Beds uncomfortable. Not really suitable for more than 2, the sofabed was awful. Aircon was disabled until May which when you're on the ground floor is not ideal unless you want to leave the windows open all night. I would say you get what you pay for but as it was in half term we paid a lot, how my much of that was for the hotel I do not know, could have been the flights. I'd go two and a half if I could, 2 is probably a little harsh.

Back from an excellent week . The reps really make it fun for the kids and i highly recommend staying here ❤️❤️ Food was good and the place was spotless . Great entertainment fornthe kids and the pools were amazing . I will defently be going back in the future

This was our first family holiday abroad with our 2 boys and we have to say from start to finish we couldn't have picked a better hotel. We booked a first floor premium apartment which had a balcony overlooking a garden area. 2 single beds in the bedroom and a couch bed in the living room which were very comfortable. Our room was spotless and cleaner called daily to change towels, make beds and wash floors. We opted for all inclusive and we were not disappointed as the selection of food at the breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet was top class. Kids could get a nice pizza slice at the pool bar aswell. Pools and splash park were great and well staffed with lifeguards. Main pool was fairly cold but some of the smaller pools were heated. This was part of the hotels green credentials. Entertainment and kids clubs were quiet good aswell. Our boys loved the mini disco. All staff were very pleasant. All in all a great holiday in a great location. Only 10min walk to playa blanca. We will be booking again for next year.
