The location is very good
Paying for the indoor pool....very expensive
Overbearing attitude from spa staff.
No cell phones allowed in the spa
I didn't like the open bathroom in the room.
The shower is too narrow and the shower palm too small.

This hotel was a dream, absolutely fantastic and relaxing stay! Amazing pool area with many different pools, some heated ones as well. The staff were very friendly and ready to help all the time. They run a couple of activities during the day, zero force to join, you can just book the activity online if you feel like going. We tried rife shooting, different coctail workshops during the afternoon, and my wife joined aqua streching what she really enjoyed. Thank you Magdalena and Bogi for these highlights during our stay, nice touch.

This was our second visit and the experience was just as good as the first visit. It felt really good knowing what to expect this time and it really doesn't disappoint. The staff are extremely friendly and also very knowledgeable. Nothing is too much trouble and they always have a smile on their faces. The hotel was very quiet and calm, which is just what you expect for an Adult only destination. Location of the hotel is also very good and can't wait to return.

Overall, this hotel is set in a beautiful position and only a 15 minute walk to the marina, which has many restaurants to choose from. On the whole the staff are extremely friendly and the hotel itself is kept very clean. The rooms are spacious, ours was with a sea view. We didn't see the point in upgrading to Preferred as there was little to gain as we were all inclusive anyway. You would get an even larger room, but you don't spend enough time there to make use of it. The food was ok, but not 5 star, I had steak at Bluewater and was disappointed, as this is their steakhouse. I had steak again in the Ocean restaurant and as not being a fish eater, I was looking forward to the chicken wrapped in bacon, only to be told that it was no longer on the menu despite it being on the menu. Again the steak was not great. The best restaurant was Portifino where we really enjoyed 2 dinners. I can only generously give 4 stars as we were looking forward to a lovely tranquil holiday for my birthday and this hotel by its description seemed to fit the bill. It did for the first couple of days until the noisiest of conference groups turned up. This group had a total disregard for any other guests who have paid good money to be there. One afternoon by the shallow pool, we felt taken over by a large group of people who were all talking very loudly and moving more and more sun loungers into this area. During their time at the hotel, the buffet area can only be descibed as a school dining hall, it was so noisy. I would love to return to this hotel as it has so much going for it, but I'm not sure I want to risk spending another week with a noisy conference group, it certainly wasn't tranquil.
