This was a lovely hotel. The location was perfect for us because it was on the quieter side of the hotel although not accessible without golf cart or taxi. The breakfast in the morning was great. It has a very small beach but great pool area. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

We have stayed at IZLA hotel since it 1st opened so we have seen the changes of time. The Property is in like new condistion still, Staff is great. However what has changed is the nickle and dime charges and the excessove cost of thier food. It was $30 per persn for Breakfast option, yet yoy ucould order ala carte breakfast for 1/2 that. They give you 1 small 16oz bottle of water per day and they only sell Evian in the gift store for a outrageous cost, They now charge extra of you want a bali bed which sat empty the wntire time we were there. As for the propertym the room it was all stellar as always to us.

Excellent staff , great facility ...... My daughter and I LOVED our mother daughter trip to isla mujures. The Hotel IZLA was as usual fantastic! Tried the Sunday brunch for the first time .......EXCELLENT

We loved this hotel! The rooms were large and clean. We had a beautiful balcony with an extremely beautiful view. The pools were fabulous. Yes, the beach is small, but it is a beach and not smaller than some of the beach clubs that we have gone to in the past.
I would highly recommend this hotel

buenas instalaciones, cuartos bonitos, amplios, con balcon.
Como área de oportunidad, al salir de la regadera, se encharca mucho el agua y no hay ventilación en el baño, por lo cual se queda muy húmedo y sin sec****.
Del servicio, tuvimos gente muy atenta y servicial, y gente con lo contrario, vale la pena que todos tuvieran la buena atención y servicios que recibimos de algunos.
Los alimentos muy bien, el room service y housekeeping excelente, llamábamos y llegaban a instante.
En gral nos gustó mucho y disfrutamos la estancia. Si regresaremos. Gracias
