Amazing time. Family oriented, super friendly staff, relaxed, and fun environment!

A delightful stay as always. The staff is as always terrific and the property is very well taken care of. Food and drinks were great like we known them to be this being our 3rd stay at the property.

This was our second stay here and wow, I think it was even better this time! We stayed in the Excellence Club and were absolutely spoiled rotten. The transportation to and from the hotel was great. Our driver taught us a lot about tequila! Our room was spacious with a great ocean view. Pillows were so comfy! Our fridge was well stocked with beer, wine, sodas and juices. We spent most of our days on the Excellence Club beach because who wouldn't want to be pampered by Fernando, Eduardo, Carlos and Javier?? They were the best! We had a constant supply of drinks, waters and snacks. The pool bar was also fantastic - kudos to bartender Cornelio for introducing us to the 'Mini Beer' shot! I won't list all the restaurants we went to, but I can say they were all good and service was great. My only suggestion is to expand upon the 'snack' items in the Excellence Club lounge. I love the green juice and would love to have had it available in the lounge with some healthy snacks. Otherwise, a perfect stay. We will be back!

Finest Playa Mujeres exceeded all expectations, earning a well-deserved 5/5 rating in every aspect of our stay. The dining experience was unparalleled, offering a diverse array of exquisite cuisines that tantalized the taste buds with every bite. From gourmet restaurants to casual beachside eateries, every meal was a culinary delight. The resort itself was a haven of luxury, boasting pristine beaches, lavish accommodations, and top-notch amenities. The staff were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. Overall, Finest Playa Mujeres is the epitome of a five-star resort experience, and I cannot wait to return.

Over all the experience was a good one. For being a 9 year old resort, the trims and bathroom seem a little bit out dated and have seen better days. 10pm turn down or asking randomly if you need anything in the room is a bit strange. The selection of food was great. 10 out of 10 for sushi restaurant. Excellently done.

Staff were really great, this is ideal for young families. Beach is amazing with miles of sand which is well kept. Numerous pools and places to relax.

We just went as a family of 4 (Kids 3 and 4 years old), along with 3 grandparents. We had an amazing time and this place really is so amazing due to the workers. We went last year and it was good but this year the staff really got to know us and vice versa and made the trip. I also put in the effort to get to know them and it really made the trip more special. The kids could both do the Kids Club which they loved, especially the new Blob. We left them for one night to do an adult dinner at the French restaurant and they had fun. We all stayed in basic room and felt this was large and enough space for us since we spend our vacation on the beach or at the pool. We did tip and although we aren't the most generous tippers we tip well and they really seemed to appreciate it. We took both Pesos and dollars and Pesos were easily exchanged for lower bills at the front desk. The stand out staff for us: Russel at the Smoothie bar- he made the best mix drinks and was so friendly, Jose with the coconuts at noon at the smoothie bar was also top notch. Humberto at the pool was always coming around and offered great suggestions for new drinks. Dukes was delicious and we had an amazing server- I think his name was Antonio but feel like that may be wrong, he was amazing though and so was the full team. Lunch we had at Las Dunas daily and they open at 11-ish, if you wait until 12 each day is a special meal on the other side cooked fresh in front of the tables and was the best food, Roger was our waiter daily and very helpful and great. Dalel is such a sweetheart and although we were not in the Club level she was so nice and even told our waiter at Surf and Turf it was our last night and they whipped up a very special meal. Carolina was our waiter and the cook at Surf and Turf were both fabulous and made leaving even harder. Don't miss the Thursday night Fiesta!! There are so many other amazing things but I can't remember them all.
