Fuimos a la Sección family selection. Ulises y Luis hicieron que nuestra estadía fuera genial. Siempre atentos para que nuestras vacaciones fueran hermosas, atentos con nosotros y nuestras niñas. Les hicieron regalos hermosos!!! También Panchito y la señora que trabaja en la piscina de family que no recuerdo su nombre, los dos muy agradables y atentos. Jessi y Olga del club Kids un amor . Para desayunar the Nest excelente opción. La comida y bebida de primera. El hotel es enorme y muy lindo. La playa sin demasiado sargazo y siempre impecable. Datos a tener en cuenta… el bar de la playa está lejos y la señora que atiende no es muy agradable. Durante nuestra estadía estuvo cerrado el restaurante de la playa y teníamos que movernos todos los mediodías hasta isla blanca que queda lejos. La atención no es muy buena. Salvo un chico Madrigal que era lo más. La frecuencia de los carritos no es buena. Hemos tenido que esperar hasta 20 minutos y terminamos optando por caminar. Los restaurantes temáticos todos excelentes y la atención muy buena. Lo mismo los bares. Salvo estos pequeños detalles el hotel y su gente excelente.

Por lejos Miguel Canul del bar The Newt es el mejor barman no solo de el gran Palladium sino de todo México. Vayan todas las noches a las 19 antes de ir a cenar y los va a deleitar con un buen trago ahumado . Muy recomendable para los amantes de los buenos tragos

La cena estuvo espectacular el bar tender Miguel preparó unos tragos increíbles todo estuvo al mando de armando quien nos elegido una mesa con una vista hermosa y la comida exquisita preparada por el chef Ricardo , a destacar la atención de Isabel que estuvo toda la cena a nuestra disposición , volveré !!!!

Estoy alojada desde ayer en el hotel habitación 12223 y lamentablemente mi experiencia no viene siendo de lo mejor . Llegamos 06.45 y no había recepción abierta en el sector family por lo que nos atendieron muy bien en la recepción normal pero no nos pusieron las pulseras correctas del family sino las comunes , luego me enteré que debía cambiarlas de casualidad porque amigos míos llegaron más tarde y vi que su check inn fue en otro lugar y con otras pulseras , al margen de uva atención diferente y con explicaciones del sector family que yo no recibí . Nada se me explico de esto al llegar . Al otorgarme la habitación descubrí que muchas cosas estaban sucias , mesas , escalera , lámparas, el lugar donde está la heladera , máquina de café y amenities , caja de pañuelos del baño , etc , hoy deberían hacer una limpieza profunda según me aseguró la gobernanta luego de mi reclamo . El sofá cama no estaba hecho , pedí lo hagan y le pongan colchoneta ( son muy duros ) lo iban a hacer cuando me fui a cenar , volvimos 22.40 y estaba hecho pero mal , la sábana sólo cubría la mitad de la cama, lo tuve que rehacer yo , sin colchoneta y sin siquiera una manta de abrigo ( aquí está fresco de noche ) reclame 3 veces y recién a las 23.55 logre que me traigan una manta. . Realmente espero hoy las cosas mejoren El hotel es lingo , grande , el personal amable , la comida muy buena pero por todo lo indicado arriba por ahora estoy decepcionada , realmente espero mejore y logre alcanzar mis expectativas que no son más que las que ofrecen al vender ser su producto . Para mi la limpieza es primordial en un alojamiento de 5* . Mariela Bisogno

The family section is great for family. Traveling in between restaurants is a challenge with a baby. Shuttles are often full during the dîner and we have no place for our stroller. Fernando our server by the pool is very good and is listening to our needs very custom service.

Definitivamente uno de los mejores lugares del complejo. La atención de nuestra mesera Carolina y el talento del Chef Salvador nos dejaron gratamente sorprendidos, su servicio y amabilidad, así como su orientación fueron de mucha ayuda. Es una experiencia q no deben perderse cuando visiten este complejo.

The resort was wonderful! Great place to bring our family for our first vacation outside of Canada. The pools are all amazing and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly!
