This was our 8th stay at the beloved. We go back for the quiet, intimate environment, delicious food, and most of all the amazing staff.

Staff was very kind and respectful. Food and drinks were good, though not very strong. The staff at the beach, pool, restaurants and bars were incredible. My only complaint was that cleanliness could have been improved in some areas. Particularly, there were hairs in some places of our room and the in-suite jacuzzi water was yellow from hot water, brown when I turned on the cold water. Despite that, it was wonderful to feel not distracted or disturbed much of our time here which is exactly what we were hoping for. I imagine we will be back in the future and will recommend it to others.

This luxury all inclusive tucked away resort is worth every cent. It’s very intimate resort with top quality food and drinks . The customer service is wonderful. They really make you feel like you’re in your own oasis. Staff is friendly and the resort has an app that can help navigate your time at the resort. You can also book excursions through the hotel! 24 hour room service ! 3 main pool 4 jacuzzis Private beach You have to do the Hydro therapy at the spa !

If you are looking for ultimate relaxation this is the place for you. The location is a little slice of heaven, absolutely stunning. Everything is luxury, from the minute you are welcomed with their signature cocktail to the little sweet treats left in your room at turn down. We are foodies and this resort has been our favourite for food after spending 5 nights here and 5 nights next door, beloved really is the better choice if you want great food. Our favourite place to eat has to be hands down the taco track, this was consistently the best food we had in Mexico, and what a great guy Guadalupe is. He makes you feel at home and is the best host making sure you are happy with your food! Meeting this legend is in my top 10 favourite things about our trip!! The other stand out member or staff to us was Mex, he was super helpful organising us a taxi into Cancun for the day and made sure we were also taken care of getting back to the resort. We went with friends who were staying at excellence and he even gave them a ride back to their hotel when we returned. He’s a gem!

The service is amazing, they take the time to get to know you and truly want your experience to be the best. Swim up room is the best in my opinion, you have service all day and great place to hang out on the deck. Food is good and even for my husband that doesn’t like seafood he was always be to find something. We just got back and have already booked for next year.

Beloved is perfection! We cannot think of one thing that this resort could improve upon! Our spa treatments were transcendent, the food (especially the food truck) is made to order and the staff any service is top notch. Special shout to the beach crew Claudia, Elvis and especially Fernando. We nicknamed him Smiley and he made our time at the beach so much fun. This is our second time at Beloved and it did not disappoint. We cannot wait to come back!

Staying here felt like a visit to heaven. My mind is blown at the incredibly hospitable staff and elegant touches that Beloved has. My husband and i just celebrated our honeymoon and it was a dream. We enjoyed everything we ate, every staff member that we worked with and throughly enjoyed our casita with private plunge pool. The beach was beautiful with wonderful concierge service. Receiving drinks anywhere we go made us feel like celebrities. We had an instance where they accommodated so gracefully for us at the end of our stay. They have a wonderful travel agent that helps you book excursions and we felt so safe on our way to Isla Mujeres through the company they helped us book with. We feel like we got way more than what we paid for. Endless food, coffee, ice cream, etc. Cristian at El Mar was an incredible server. We also loved our time with Montserrat during some of the activities. She is so bubbly and genuine and made us feel so at home. Cristina at the Cafetta was such a joy to see everyday when we grabbed our coffee or ice cream. There were many wonderful individuals. We were so blessed by this experience at Beloved and will be coming back!!!
