The hotel service is very poor and discriminates against Chinese people. I have lived in hotels all over the world and it was the first time I met such a strange service staff. I booked a sea-view room. I went to the hotel at 4pm and said that there was no sea-view room. I gave the worst room type, and the agent was not able to communicate. The beach of the hotel is not allowed to swim, the environment is poor, and the scenery of the homestay is much better than it.

1) the beach on the property is not enjoyable. You can’t swim. They have large bags filled with sand and those are gross. They have algae on them and they are slippery to walk on. Which you would have to do if you wanted to go swimming. The drinks for all inclusive do not include the beach tiki bar. So you need to walk back to the pool bar. They are not fully staff but the staff they do have, are pleasant. There is no toilet seat in the women’s bathroom by the pool. Our shower didn’t have warm water. The dining service is slow but the food is good/ok. Do not book any excursions through the hotel or transportation. The hotel is not fast to respond to questions nor are they helpful when there are issues. Just book your excursions through the companies. There is insufficient lighting in the bedrooms, if you plan to read. The rooftop bar is cool but closes at 8. The pools are chilly. If you want warm, check out their above ground jacuzzis. But if you want to have bubbles, they need to turn them on for you. The jacuzzis were ok but it was weird that they had these tubs of hot water just plunked down on the grass. lol.. our stay was fine but we are going to stay in the north beach area next time.

Everything was great however last 2 nights owners son stayed next room to us and him and friends were very very loud . We could not sleep . Reception was going to send security but nothing was corrected. Disrupting son got even louder throwing objects to our door. Nothing could be done due to owners sons stay . We even requested to move them but receptionist said they could not .

El servicio del hotel fue increíble ! Tienen muy poco staff pero los que son hacen todo por los huéspedes en verdad estoy sumamente agradecida. Felicito en especial a Julián del snack bar por recorrer snack-piscina- playa constantemente otorgando servicio a todos.
El hotel es pequeño pero con ameninades y comodidades, es tranquilo no hay mucho ruido y lo mantienen limpio. Me gustó mucho la comida, son solo dos restaurantes pero ambos de buena calidad. Recomiendo mucho el hotel. La playa es linda pero el mar no mucho, la piscina increíble. Volveré pronto

Great secluded hotel - amazing staff and tasty meals and drinks as part of the all inclusive. I would recommend for couples, elderly, and families with small children. We stayed at a King room with ocean view - well worth every penny. Everyone was always accommodating and went the extra mile. One waiter that stood out was Enrique - his big smile and willingness to please was far and beyond. Our only draw down is that there is no beach - the little piece of sea in front of the beach is relaxing but not swimmable. Great for reading or sunbathing with the hotel provided beach beds. Will return to this hotel. Great experience overall because Isla Norte is just a taxi away.

Las almohadas son muy cómodas la habitación es muy limpia y Mateo es súper atento y nos ayudó muy amable en todo momento creo que son las únicas cosas buenas de este hotel. La comida no es tan buena y el servicio es malo y muy lento el hotel no es tan grande como parece, si lo unico que quieres es acostarte al lado de la piscina este hotel es buena opción para ti. La playa NO es bonita mas parece un charco sucio. SI volveria pero Solo volveria por el hospedaje pero no TODO INCLUIDO ya que no lo vale
