One night family stay. Well located hotel, right in the city center, near Playa Norte. However, the room is very dirty, not maintained. Mold stains, broken furniture, very dirty toilet. This hotel is not worthy of a 3 star hotel.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!! If you are looking for something close to all the downtown attractions, beaches and restaurants - this is your place. The room was small but very clean. The maid service was excellent. You must keep in mind when staying here, you're not staying at a five star hotel - this is about a 3.5. The grounds were a little dirty but I never saw ONE bug. The staff was nice although I'm not sure any of them spoke English and you don't see them very often. We stayed there for a week without issue and had a very good time. I would recommend this property if you do not high super high expectations. You can't beat the location. We had a great week.

Property was conveniently located across from the beach. Noisy into the early hours some days being close to bars and the busy beach.
Simple rooms which was fine for our purposes. Didn’t get a mini fridge despite the website saying you did. Would have cost another $500US to upgrade to a room with one which was disappointing.

cardboard wall we could hear everything that was happening in the other rooms. They never dusted the black furniture which was full of dust. The patio doors were never washed and they were dirty as soon as I arrived. Not enough chairs on the edge of the pool. having to pay $25.00 for a chair on the beach???

We were right across the street from the beach. It was a great location. Close to the ferry and dining district.
