I really enjoyed my stay here. The poolside room with a view of the ocean was superb. The rooms were lovely and had everything needed for a comfortable stay
The staff were extremely helpful when booking a tour to Chichen Itza and nothing ever seemed to be a problem.
It’s a lovely relaxed place 10 minutes by taxi from downtown.
I had a great stay, but travelled with the wrong person unfortunately. So I’d love to come back and make it the perfect stay next time.

Really can't say enough about this place. Beautiful views, clean/beautiful rooms, quiet, breakfast included, friendly staff, etc. We stayed here for 5 nights and loved every minute of it. Roger (at the desk) was wonderful to talk with and is such an asset to the hotel. It's a small place which makes it so personal. Kin Ha beach club is a nice additional although we only used it a few times. Nothing negative about this place, at all.

Just returned from five days at Casa de los Suenos. We had an oceanfront king, and even though I'd seen the photos, I was surprised at how spacious and nice the room was. It's amazing to be inside the room with the aqua ocean filling the view. The balcony was a boon. The staff, as others have said, is stellar here. All of them--Juan Carlos, Chris, Roger. After my husband's cash card was eaten by the ATM at the Cancun ferry, they helped us out by allowing us to write extra into our hotel bill and refunding us with cash. Otherwise, we would have had no pesos for the trip. They arranged seamless transfers with At Your Service and a golf cart rental that cost less than other places on the island charged. Plus, Casa de Los Suenos has a special arrangement with the Mayan Beach Club at North Beach, and that is well worth it. We went two days. The beach there is so beautiful, and the food really excellent. We loved being at the quieter end of the island. Centro was a bit of a zoo for us, but down around Punta Sur is peaceful and beautiful.

Casa de los sueños exceeded expectations! The room were charming and so comfortable with an amazing view (we had a king ocean view room). I loved the Mexican aesthetic and warmth. Access to the water from the Kin Ha beach club was directly below the hotel and perfect for us. There is no beach, but lots of chairs, and access to WONDERFUL swimming from the deck or long dock over the water. We didn’t even use the pools we had access to. It’s an easy walk to several restaurants, and the amazing Carlos and Rogelio helped with scuba, restaurant recs, and golf carts. They also arranged ariport/ferry transfers which were perfectly smooth. If you are looking for something away from the hustle and crowds of north beach, but with great swimming and a warm vibe, this is your place!

Carlos & Roger both were exceptional host. The Hotel is small yet offers everything you expect at a large resort property without the crowds. The restaurant/bar on the water (Kin ha) has everything you could ask for. Swim up bar, water front lounges, in water swings. Great food as well.. Been to Isla many times, this is now by far our favorite place to stay.. Strongly recommend!!

El hotel nos encanta Vamos todos los años Los señores Rogelio, y Carlos son muy amables, diligentes y siempre están dispuestos a ayudar a los huéspedes . El hotel siempre está limpio y listo para recibir a los visitantes We love this hotel. We stay there every year for spring break MR Rogelio and Mr Carlos are very kind, always willing to help their guests. The hotel is always clean and ready to welcome the visitors

During our initial venture to the island, we found ourselves pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff. Their warmth and reliability made navigating the island a breeze for us. The intimate size of the hotel added a personal touch to our experience, which we greatly appreciated. Located adjacent to the hotel is Kin Ha, a vibrant establishment open to the public, offering a range of amenities including pool access, dining options, a bar, and snorkeling opportunities. We enjoyed the convenience of having access to this lively spot while also relishing the peace and quiet of our hotel's private pool area. The accommodations were comfortable, with lovely outdoor spaces to relax in. It's safe to say that we're already looking forward to our next visit.
