It's a decent hotel, the environment is good, but it's still inconvenient to stay away from the hotels in the 7-character area, the distance is quite far! It is inconvenient to take a taxi, and the taxis parked at the door are very expensive! ! !

The food here is crap. Super expensive and crap. Room service food is a joke. I swear pizza from the grocery store tasted 10x better but yet i paid 30 dollars for it. They said they will take it off the bill. Come check out, the manager Uriel, said he can't take it off the bill. He can only give 50% because there is no report. I asked him to talk to the two people I spoke to (the guest service and the room service guy that I dealt with) but he said he's not WILLING TO. He can, but he's not willing to. URIEL THE MANAGERS CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ****. "I can contact them but I'm not willing to" is his exact words. I paid for pizza that litterally tasted like cardboard. I can buy grocery store frozen pizza and microwave it snd it would taste better than their room service overpriced pizza.
Also paid about 800 Canadian a night for holidays. Thought there would be better food than this

Look for pool server Candelario aka Candy Man. Top notch service with a wonderful personality and performance. He kept the drinks coming without me even asking. Also ask for Adrian in the spa. I had a relaxing 80 minute massage. I think it was the best massage I’ve ever had.

Este complejo es nuevo, muy bonito, grande, sigue en ampliación algunas partes! Está en las afueras de Can Cun, cuenta con varias piscinas y instalaciones de primer nivel! Esta parte de la playa es bonita y la atención es de primera! Todos los empleados son espectaculares! Tiene el sistema todo incluido así que puedes comer y tomar todo lo que gustes! En realidad nocivo era hay necesidad de salir del complejo! Muy recomendable para un par de días!!

I posted a negative review earlier. I had a negative experience and I got a little hot about it. Management tracked me down and they could not have been better about it. I hate that I don't remember their names because they were wonderful. Made everything right. Knowing that the people here care makes all the difference. So let's put that aside and talk about the good things again. The room is really great. The view is breathtaking and the service in the restaurants could not be better. And after a hiccup, which again was addressed by people in charge, the staff has been wonderful. We will come back,

The best hotel ive stayed my entire life! If i could give 101 stars, i would! The entire staff went above and beyond!!! They are really the best. I would definitely go back to this hotel with my family and friends.

A very pleasant week at our resort. A shoutout to our Elite concierge team Adriana and Nubia. They promptly handled our requests for spa and dinner reservations. They also checked with us daily to see if we needed anything. We also had a great Elite pool concierge team. Kevin and Angel always made sure we were well taken care of. The resort is always welcoming and provides a high level of service

We have been to this resort countless times. We tried a couple of their competitors in the area and Villas keep bringing us back. The food and drinks were great but the service is where they really make a difference. We hung out poolside the whole time. Got super lucky to have Edgar working all the days we were there. You can tell he truly enjoys his job! Will be back in ~ 6 months!

Amazing!! The tiki bar with Rafael & Manuel and as the best fun. Swing, drink, shot!! Repeat!!!! Great fun, drinks, sun, sand and waves. Great escape to prepare for the next few crazy weeks.
