Awful. There was no hot water in the rooms for the entire week and a half that we were at this horrible guest house. Not only that, the landlord had double booked rooms whilst we were still staying there. We were a group of ladies and there were men on our floor because the landlord double booked. You would not want someone especially not a random man trying to get into your room or your family’s room. I am disgusted by this man’s greed. Horrible experience, do not come here.

I can't believe how people can cheat you. It was our daughters wedding in islamabad in December 2022. We live in London so had the wedding in Islamabad. We booked the whole first floor and 2 extra rooms on the ground floor. The landlord insisted to pay the full amount when we arrived which was OK. But then it all started as he did double bookings. Someone would try to get in to our room in the middle of the night as they had a booking for the same rooms as we wear living in. It was a nightmare and not safe at all. The landlord would not pick up your call after that, he left everything to the caretakers who is a 17 year old boy. Honestly this is the worst place no hot water, heating was not working its a mess. You don't want a unexpected person to try to get into your or your daughters rooms in the middle of the night. Don't book this guest house if you wanna be safe. We really regret it. The landlord's name is Amir and he is a very greedy man. Stay away from this guest house. Aliza S London
