The staff at this hotel are very friendly, helpful and go out of their way to help guests. We arrived very late and they immediately upgraded us to a deluxe room. The room was spacious and clean and included free tea and coffee. Breakfast was delicious and the hotel offers a wide variety of dishes. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely choose this hotel again if we come to Islamabad again.

Had a great stay. Their customer service has improved a lot and is much better than it was three years ago. They have buffets for lunch and dinner which are great. This hotel is located in a prime location, about a 10-minute walk to the blue district, and behind it is Islamabad's famous food street. There is always a lot of life here as there are meetings held in the evenings.

This is a dingy hotel that's well past its prime. It's not the fault of the staff - they try their best - but the premises are shabby and really rather depressing. Please shop around. Islamabad is stacked with better options at a similar if not better price.

Extremely pathetic hotel building and even worse the staff, hygiene, cleanliness, food, and also bad security! The room, corridors are smelly, not cleaned and room service or laundry takes ages for a bit of asking. Good at dinner and breakfast was not even worth a try. Staff found fighting among them during buffet dinner.
