Very good place to stay in Islamabad. The Avari Xpress is a 4 star property located in Faizabad. The major attractions like Centaurus mall and Faisal Masjid are very close by and easily accessible by cab( about -5-20 m drive) The property has ample free parking. Before I go in detail I would like to thank and appreciate Miss.Hina Saeed (Avari Gold card manager in Karachi) I got my Avari gold card renewed online like I always do. However, I was not able to collect it from Karachi. She went out of her way and mailed it to Avari islamabad within a day! She followed up with me and made sure I received my card on time for my stay to be possible. Had it not been because of Miss.Hina and her efforts, I would not have been able to use the card or stay at Avari during this trip. She has always been very professional and she goes out of the way to make all bookings for me and my family whenever we travel at any Avari Hotels in Pakistan. I would also like to appreciate the excellent front desk/check in counter staff especially Miss.Zubaira for the smooth check in process. The food and beverage manager Miss.Sana also deserves appreciation as she was always on the go and making sure all guests are taken care off. All the other staff were also helpful and always smiling. I always love the Avari Hospitality! The staff are extremely professional and friendly.

After landing yesterday, I looked at several platforms and finally chose this store. I thought the owner was quite nice. So I am here to evaluate it specifically. The first point: be careful (After placing the order, the store owner called me back immediately to confirm the order information and check-in time. Hearing that I was coming by plane, he roughly determined the pick-up time with me. Super nice) Point 2: Patience (After landing, the boss came to pick me up immediately and immediately asked to take my luggage because I had a lot of luggage. In the end, the boss was very gentlemanly and helped me take my luggage, which was super nice) The third point: the hardware facilities are very good. When we were picked up, a particularly clean business car was arranged to take us back to the hotel. Islamabad is really hot. I was sweating immediately after landing. Of course I had to take a shower immediately after returning to the hotel. The room was fully equipped with disposable items. The bedding has been tested with UV light and is quite clean. Definitely replace it often. The toiletries are all branded, not random brands, and they are quite good. Remarkable Point 4: The ticket the boss gave me was much higher than the ticket at our airport. UnionPay cards cannot be used here. Saved us a lot of time and money. Point 5: The journey from the airport to the hotel felt very chaotic. It was not until I arrived at this hotel that I felt particularly safe and at ease. After asking the boss, he told us that this is equivalent to a wealthy area. After observing the police in the hotel, it was indeed quite safe. There were three or four of them. It feels very safe and secure Sixth: The network here is very poor. The hotel WIFI is very good. It’s no problem to post videos on Xiaohongshu. nice Seventh: It is very close to Chinese supermarkets and local big cities, about five minutes away. The hotel service is very good and the price is very good. When I stayed at the hotel, it happened to be my birthday. The hotel specially prepared a birthday cake. If I hadn’t seen the surprise given by the hotel, I would have forgotten that it was my birthday. I was very touched, especially for us who have been traveling abroad for a long time. The rooftop buffet is to die for. Steak, barbecue, scrumptious deserts and excellent curry and salad choices. The housekeeping staff is exceptional helpful and attentive. The executive lounge has free high tea for executive suites which has sandwiches and fruit chaat that are delicious and cardamom tea and lattes served for free all day.

The Hotel is Majestic, the traditional ambience and the design was very welcoming. Our room was clean and comfy with complimentary drinks like soft drinks. The breakfast buffet had a nice selection of local dishes. Overall, we were glad to have booked Serena Hotel for our first time in Islamabad.

I stayed here for about a week with a colleague. We were on an official trip and needed a secure plus good-service place. Services: I must appreciate the staff for their great service and hospitality. The breakfast had good variety. The breakfast coffee isn’t good but the one you pay for is creamy and frothy. You can either ask for ironing service or can just ask for iron board and do it yourself. Location: The nearest market is Kohsar which is 10 mins walk away. But the plus point of this location is a very close-by walking track and that it’s very close to all major hotels and business centres. For business stays, it’s perfect. Ambience: Now coming to negative points: the guesthouse is in serious need of renovation. The sheets were old and paled. The bathroom tiles were fading. Room view: The second negative point is room view. If you’re someone who care for room views like me, you’d be disappointed.

The breakfast is average, the room is small and the facilities are outdated. Normal people don't live here. The service is very strange, I have reported to the general manager of the hotel because the waitress sexually harassed me. There is nothing around, it is very inconvenient to travel. It is not a place suitable for tourist accommodation, only if necessary for business activities. 4 star standard can't be higher

It is absolutely right to choose Marriott when you come to Islamabad. The hotel environment is very quiet, and the attitude and standard of the service staff are very good. When you go from the hotel to the airport, you can ask the hotel to help arrange pick-up, and the service is really good.

The Grand Taj Hotel in Murree is awesome! When we walked in, it felt really nice. The hotel looks cool with a mix of modern and mountain vibes. The rooms are super comfy, and we had a room with a great view of the mountains. The staff is friendly and made us feel special. Now, the food – oh my! The hotel restaurant has everything, from local to international food. We tried a bit of everything, and it was all delicious. Honestly, the Grand Taj Hotel deserves those five stars. It's not just a hotel; it's a really great experience. If you're going to Murree, definitely stay here. You'll love it!
