Friendly staff

Our family of four stayed in one of the suites and had a great time. The entire staff was very nice and helpful, and even brought us a cot unprompted. The rooms as well as the surrounding grounds are kept up very well. As with most similar suites, we ran out of storage for everybody and ended up using some kitchen drawers for the kids clothing. The kids loved fishing at the dock, and we all took turns paddle boarding the surrounding flats to see local wildlife. Overall, it was a very relaxing week.

What a great place!!! Staff was amazing! Really exceeded my expectations…the rooms are totally renovated. Very clean, spacious and comfortable. We had a great view of the marina docking, pool and ocean. I cannot say enough. We come down to the keys every year (at least a few times) with our boat and decided to try something different than we normally stay and we found our new place. It’s tucked away down a road, offers a ramp and trailer parking. For us, that’s a lifesaver. Close to Islamorada sandbar and snake creek. I would recommend to anyone!

Nice relaxing Keysie vib. Comfy beds, friendly service, beautiful locatIon. The only negative might be the tiny shower and trying to adjust the water temperature. Otherwise, highly recommend!

Very friendly people work there!

I trusted the reviews and the recommendation of a stranger and was very pleased. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. The grounds are very well maintained. While they were booked up it was incredibly private and quiet. We enjoyed stargazing at night and enjoyed the sea view with coffee in the morning. Our lower level King accommodations provided a screened porch with table and chairs. The well lit room with sliding patio door and large windows had 2/3 tile floor and commercial carpet around the bed. The sheets were crisp and clean. The kitchenette had the basics including a range, coffee pot, microwave, full size fridge, and toaster, plates, cutlery, and cups/mugs. The bathroom is tiled and had great hot water and water pressure in the shower. The towels are basic but you can exchange and they do also provide you with two beach towels which can also be swapped out in the office. Housekeeping service was immaculate. The vibe. It brought back the nostalgia of what Florida was. We wanted that. If you want that you should consider staying here too. We enjoyed it and would return to stay here again.

Nancy was the nicest and friendliest person I've ever dealt with. She made the whole experience easy and pleasant. She went above and beyond the normal customer service. The grounds are pristine and the room was very clean. Even included beach towels.

Super friendly and heklpful staff. Room was very clean and comfortable. Pool was chilled to 82 degrees which is unusual but nice! Amazing Ocean views and great boat parking!! We arrived and departed on a 29 foot boat. There is a great Mexican restaurant within walking distance too.

Between Apryl and Nancy Jo the Ragged Edge couldn't run any smoother. They both are beyond accommodating and friendly. The two of them are a HUGE reason my hubby and I come back every 6 months . May and December for our birthdays !!! See ya'll in December. ALL READY BOOKED.
