Hampton Inn Long Island/Islandia

it was very dirty, the towels were dirty, the service was terrible, the breakfast was terrible, instead of orange juice they made plain water and a little lemon, an omelet made from more water than eggs

Coincidentally , their poor is closed for unexpected reasons and needed to be fixed. Therefore, we cannot use the poor which was the whole purpose we booked this hotel. 😩 Sad….😞

Quick trip last minute hotel no complaints at all. Clean room! Friendly front desk

it's a beautiful experience for the time being

I am not one to write reviews, but the staff at the Hampton Inn Islandia is exceptional and should be commended! Gen Manager Kaitlyn Young was kind, helpful, courteous and professional. We didn't know the area very well and were staying at the hotel until we found an apartment. This young lady tended to all our concerns and needs. Couldn't have been nicer. The first night the gentleman I believe his name was Romero gave a needed toothbrush and deodorant. I told him so sorry I came unprepared. He replied, "no issue we are prepared. Just let us know what you need". Then there was George (chief engineer) . A perfect gentleman! Came running to carry my heavy bags and also immediately fix the doorknob when it was sticking. The ultimate was Rommy. Some noisy and inconsiderate guests were loud and obnoxious late in the evening. She changed the room for my daughter and made sure she was in a quiet room for the night. Also, gave her a snack seeing how upset she was. When I called to thank this lovely lady, she replied that's my job! I assured her not many people do their jobs so efficiently and professionally. Rooms were clean, breakfast was great and plentiful and the staff truly amazing! Thank you all for a great stay. Top notch staff!
