The hotel is right at the entrance of Sky Island, opposite the sea view. The room facilities are new, clean and tidy. The most important thing is that all the staff in the hotel are super enthusiastic and help us answer all our questions. The beans for dinner and breakfast are awesome! Highly recommend everyone to stay here!

We popped in for lunch based on a recommendation by a local on the Ferry from Mailiag. Although we were the only non-guest people having lunch we were treated warmly and had a lovely light lunch in a beautiful setting. M's playing the piano in the lounge was appreciated.

Grabbed a room here last minute. Room was ok, but king size bed was two twins pushed together and they were both very uncomfortable. Checked with front desk the following morning and was given an upgrade free of charge. Second bed was a normal king size mattress, very comfortable and we were able to get a great night's sleep. Very happy at the hotel's response. Overall, service was great!

The staff absolutely make this hotel the 5 star experience that it is. From our entrance and being greeted by the lovely Ricky to every other fabulous staff member we encountered on our two night visit. We couldn’t fault the food and drink. Absolutely delicious. The setting was beautiful from the manicured gardens to the stunning views. Bathroom and room were clean and comfortable. I’m a self admitted clean freak so for me it could have been slightly better but by no means was it dirty. If we hadn’t been visiting all the way from Manchester we would certainly be returning!

Dear sir I booked Sunday lunch on 28th April . The lady behind in reception was very busy sorting other guests requests. Plus mine. We sat down for lunch and was served by the same lady, who I believe name is Klara. She is a superb accet to the hotel .Her service is the best I have had for long time. She gave the same service to everyone in the restaurant. Staff members like Klara are like gold dust. And must be looked after by the hotel. Had afternoon tea this afternoon and have to say it was delicious. Man on reception was very pleasant and great customer care. I have an allergy and Paul the chef came out to chat again very pleasant. The scones were delicious we even took a couple of cakes home with us. Overall a fantastic experience. I thinka cake stand would just of set this off. All of this hard work would look better on display.

From the first day of contact with Gwen through to leaving with Ben the staff here went all out to make our wedding with the hotel the best it could be! We were recommended this wonderful place and likewise we cannot recommend it high enough too! My bride was looked after on the night before as we both were on our day including great food and drink even into the hot tub.... well done guys the management ought to be proud of you!
