I booked six months in advance and noted that I wanted a higher floor. I also pre-checked in two hours in advance and asked for a higher floor. The hotel cost 5K a night just to see the view of the Eiffel Tower, but I ended up seeing the bottom of the Eiffel Tower. He was still talking and laughing with foreign guests a few minutes ago. When we asked, he was cold-faced and turned around and left after saying that the room was full. The hotel is very unsafely and no responsibility. Our room opened by a stranger when we were staying and luckily we are in the room! We told the front desk, but the front desk show their face which feels like they don’t care and seem normal!!! How come? After that there’s zero response on it!!! With this price, service and other customer’s experience, 200% not recommend to stay there!!! It’s a disaster experience in my life.

The front desk staffs were helpful but the manager didn’t fulfil our request.
I spent high amount money for just one night with Eiffel Tower view and come earlier than other customers, when we go to the room we found a mosquito on the bed, so we asked for changing room in higher floor but be rejected.
And people who came later were arranged to higher floor.
I just felt being discriminated!
However, the view and location is good but service and attitude needed to be improved!!
