They have charged my credit card, although I have never been there and in Turkey! And now they claim that charge is real. They really do not check owner of card or they steal card IDs somewhere. Never use this hotel and limit your your credit card access to countries where you actually are. This happened on April 2024

This hotel does not exist please don’t waste your money on it. They won’t pick up phone calls and the hotel doesn’t exist at all. We were robbed out of our money and left without a hotel last minute. We went and were shocked that the hotel building is on rent.

The room I stayed in isn’t as true/luxurious as in the photos. The room and whole 3rd floor hallway seemed unfinished as there were wires intended for lighting fixtures sticking out and some unpainted areas . I actually booked and paid for a higher room category (deluxe) but was given a standard room instead as it’s the only room available for our request to have a late check out (9pm). Which they were gracious enough to allow at no extra cost. My husband left his hat upon check out and front desk held it for us until my sister in law could pick it up. There is no elevator in this hotel as it’s an ancestral house refurbished to accomodate a hotel. Everything in good working order. Decent place to stay and good value for money.

位置：窗户底下就是一個希臘東正教堂，出門走二十步就是獨立大街和taksim廣場，附近商店交通atm餐館一應俱全，位置太棒了！ 設施：風格非常獨特，很古典又有很多現代藝術裝飾元素，房間裏拍照片就很好看！而且有同價位罕有的浴缸！每天走幾萬步回來泡澡很舒服。 服務：老闆員工人都很好，熱情友好有求必應！ 強烈推薦

Çok merkezi bir konumda. Çok temiz ve çalışanlar güler yüzlü. Otelin hemen altında küçük ve çok şirin bir çikolata kahve dükkanı bulunmakta. Çok lezzetli. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Emre bey çok ilgilendi. Ayrıca teşekkür ederiz.....

Daha önce Magnova otellerinde kalmıştım fakat burası yeni açılmış bir otel. Vitality gerçekten harika konuma sahip. Türkiye'nin en ünlü caddesi İstikal'e 30 saniye, Türkiye'nin en ünlü meydanı Taksim Meydanı'da 5dk'lık mesafede. Otelin dekorasyonu mükemmel, her yer sanki bir sanat eseri. Odalar, odaların kokusu müthiş. Benim kaldığım odada hamam vardı düşünün kendinizi Türk Padişahı gibi hissediyorsunuz. Özellikle ekip çok iyi. İlgilileri alakaları muazzam. Temizlik de çok iyiydi. Otelin hemen aldında yeni bir yer açmışlar. Ev yapımı çikolata ve lokum satıyorlar. Harika bir yer. Tüm kahve çeşitleri de var. Bir dahaki sefere yine burayı tercih edeceğim. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Pişman olmayacaksınız.
