The issue occurred because you attempted to bring a ********** to the hotel, which is strictly against hotel policy and unacceptable. When our staff informed you politely about the rules, you became aggressive, shouted at the reception team, and used inappropriate language.Regarding guests, our hotel policy is clearly stated and applies to all customers equally. Cleanliness standards are also maintained daily, and your claims about bedding and towels are false and exaggerated.We respect all our guests, but we also expect guests to respect hotel rules, staff, and the comfort and safety of other customers.Best regards.

For guests looking for more space, we highly recommend our Deluxe Rooms.We wish you had informed our receptionist during your stay that the room felt small for you. We would have been more than happy to offer you a free upgrade to a larger room to ensure your comfort, but unfortunately, we were not made aware of your preference while you were here.
