This should be called a hostel and not a hotel! Upon arrival, I was greeted by an uncomfortably cold room, with the windows left wide open, which made it feel as though it had been neglected for days. The situation was so unpleasant that I could only assume the reason for the open windows was to air out the space. The manager gave me a heater the following day, which helped a little. However, the issues did not end there. After a few days, the bathroom began to emit a foul odor reminiscent of sewage, which was quite off-putting. To add to my discomfort, the toilet seat was broken, and I discovered ants crawling on the floor. After voicing my concerns, the manager moved me to a different room, hoping for a better experience. Unfortunately, the problem persisted, as the unpleasant smell from the toilet remained the same. Overall, this experience felt more like staying in a hostel rather than a hotel. The lack of attention to cleanliness and maintenance was disappointing, and I would recommend potential guests consider their options carefully before booking.

One of my bad experiences in Istanbul. I really cannot recommend The Red Tent 23 & 24, that was a horrible experience for me. Service is really bad and hotel is very dirty. First, I chose this hotel as it mentioned it is at the center, it's a so so. Second, as it was mentioned that 24x7 front desk available, which I really required as I will be arriving in midnight, but when I arrived in the hotel, no one was there. I called the number couple of times before someone attended my call. Third, there was no available room for me even my booking and payment started the day before my arrival. He gave me a dirty room, as in dirty, the bed looks like someone has been sleeping and just tidied a bit to give me a room, no pillow, he gave me 1 small pillow, no door lock, imagine sleeping in a foreign country without a door lock, so he told me he will give me a nice room next day. No towel and toiletries as mentioned in the inclusions, I asked for it a he gave me a face towel which feels unhygienic to use as it has dirt stains. WC is with poop stain, he said he doesn't have a cleaning tool, cannot sit properly as it is attached to the shower glass, no enough space to sit, everywhere is dirty and uncomfortable, elevator most of the time is not working. I tried to rest and waited for morning with that condition. Then next day morning, only at 2pm my room will be ready so I need to climb up to the reception with my luggage as there is no door lock. Then I returned before 2pm, he said the cleaning work is on going and will be ready in 30 mins. So I took my luggage and return back to the prev room to get change, then I was locked inside. Then I returned in the evening, he told me that he doesn't have room available for me. Oh my God! I was boiling. I was so tired walking the whole day and yet I do not have room to stay. I wanted to cry in anger and I started to raise my voice. Other friends came and he assisted first before me even I came first. He told me he will give me another room in other hotel down. My God! I was so tired but I need to walk again to another hotel. I do not have a choice but to accept that. The other hotel is better, with towel, cleaner and a bit spacious, but far to the main road, it is down the hill so it was hard for me to climb up. There is no elevator as well so I need to climb and down with my luggage. And in the middle of the night somebody knocked on my door. And to the main road somebody tried to snatch my mobile.

I found Bed Bugs in my bed and i checked out in the same day and still they didnt refund me back . i booked another hotel in the same day . not recommended at all.

I had a wonderful stay. The staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready to assist. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The hotel’s location was convenient, making it easy to explore the area. The amenities provided were excellent, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free experience. Looking forward to staying here again!
