The host is attentive and able to check in when I arrived around 1130pm at night due to a late bus. The location is near to T6 Kumkapi station and surrounded by local retailers. Everything is clean in the room and quiet despite bustling neighbourhood. Kitchen, washing machine are working but you need to prepare your own washing powder. The downside is that there is no elevator. My stay is on the first floor so it’s ok.

Place was amazing 👍 so close to the shop and local night market. Owner was super helpful organized us tours and transfer from and to the airport. Definitely recommend the place. The room was great with Aircon and it was so quite you couldn't hear any noise from outside

Good location, nice price.

Basic laundry/cooking utensils/bathroom facilities are provided. Room condition was not clean. Since there is no front desk, it is inconvenient to contact the hotel directly by phone to receive the key. I don't think I'll visit again
