Not great. There were a lot of hairs on both beds, and shortly after entering the room, I started getting itchy red bumps all over me. (This hotel isn't cheap, and for a high-end establishment, the hygiene is absolutely terrible. Even budget hotels don't have this many hairs on the beds.) The service was mediocre; they tried to get me to book a taxi to the airport through them for the next day, and after I refused, their attitude changed. When I initially booked, I requested a twin-bedded room, but my travel companion canceled at the last minute. When I asked to change rooms upon arrival, they said it was already confirmed (which I totally understand, but it would have been more accommodating if they had an available room). The hotel is roughly divided into a main building and an adjacent annex, making it inconvenient to get around. Getting back to the room was a roundabout process, and the lighting wasn't good. The room itself wasn't very big.

On the first day, there were some issues with the room. Thanks to the coordination of Trip.com's customer service, everything was perfectly resolved. I'd like to express my gratitude to both Trip.com's customer service and the hotel for their communication. Overall, my stay at this hotel was good, but the front desk service was quite average and could use some improvement. The highlight of this hotel is its extensive breakfast spread, especially the lady who makes omelets in the restaurant – she's very enthusiastic and her food is delicious. The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient to get anywhere. Cleanliness: The bathroom in my room had an unpleasant odor.

The location was fantastic, and the room was lovely. It's definitely a hotel I'd want to stay at again.

We booked the family room, didn’t expect it to be next to the reception. I thot I expect some noise level but it was alright. Room was big and comfortable. Bathroom was rather empty and there was no space to put our toiletries and change of clothes. Hotel was located just minutes away from the main attraction such as Blue Mosque. Well within walking distance to these locations and tram station.

Top notch, I highly recommend it. Great location for visiting the city, and a quiet hotel.

It's gotten worse. Not drastically, but worse. Housekeeping, toiletries in the bathroom. Breakfasts are much more modest now. But at least they still have scrambled eggs and croissants. We've stayed at this hotel multiple times, but this year, they put us in a family room that opened directly into the lobby. It was something else. The soundproofing was non-existent! It felt like anyone entering or waiting in the lobby was speaking directly to us. We became unwilling witnesses to every conversation, joyful reunion, or child's tantrum. Hotel staff, chatting cheerfully at their desks, woke us up at 5-6 AM. I complained, and it helped for about 20 minutes. Of course, we realized upon check-in that this room would be, to put it mildly, uncomfortable, but they refused to move us, citing no available rooms, even though Trip.com still showed rooms for booking. But what could we do? We stayed. The booking was paid for. Guess we'll have to find a new hotel in Istanbul.

Excellent location, beautiful architecture, and a courteous and welcoming staff.

If you want extravagant Turkish style this is the hotel! We stayed in the Preaidential sweet and it was like a palace.

Check-in took half an hour, which was incredibly slow.
