1) The staff were very friendly and attentive. They are especially ahead of other hotels in this regard and are helpful in every way.
2) The pool, room, and surroundings were clean.
3) The standard room was a bit damp and humid because it was below ground level. And the Wi-Fi and phone signal were weak. It was practically impossible to talk on the phone in the room.
4) Getting around by shuttle was easy, but the hills on the island were a bit tiring.
5) Breakfast and dinner were delicious. The cheeseburgers were fantastic. The service was very high quality.
If we were to stay on the island again, we would choose this hotel again. But not the standard room. ☺️

We really regret choosing this hotel. We read rave reviews and chose this hotel. 1. The hotel is located very high. I'm not afraid to walk, but even for me it's a very steep climb. 2. They check you in at exactly 2:00 PM, breakfast is also at exactly 9:00 AM, not a minute earlier. 3. The plumbing is cheap. 4. The bed is uncomfortable, I mean the mattresses. The blanket is generally ridiculous. 5. There is no water in the room and this is a 5-star hotel? Or rather, there is water, but it costs money. And all this for a 24,000-ruble room! Are you serious? There are a ton of hotels below that are cheaper. And the icing on the cake is the soundproofing! None, especially between floors, it feels like people who wear heels on vacation lived on the floor above. Most likely, they laid laminate flooring without soundproofing. Total darkness. Don't ruin your vacation!

The staff doesn't speak English at all. Even with a translator, it was impossible to communicate with them in Turkish. There was only a female receptionist during the morning who could communicate with guests. Everything else was great!

We arrived at the hotel for 1 night and in the first 10 minutes we booked for a second night, because the hotel is perfect! The staff is incredibly friendly, unobtrusive, accommodating, they really try to please the guests, we were amazed by the relaxing atmosphere, the incredible pool, very clean, calm, a gorgeous view of the sea, incredible sunsets, the food is very tasty and cheaper than in a cafe. This hotel is the best part of our trip to Istanbul. Very clean rooms, new and beautiful renovation. I definitely recommend it to everyone. I wish prosperity to this hotel!!!! First of all, this was one of the most peaceful and enjoyable vacations I’ve ever had. I stayed in a suite with a stunning sea view, and everything was absolutely perfect. I wanted to surprise my husband for his birthday, so when I contacted the hotel during the reservation process, I mentioned that it was a special occasion. Their team was incredibly helpful and supportive in every way. I even asked them to decorate the room with candles and balloons, and they did it beautifully — even better than I expected. We truly had an amazing time, and I’m so happy I chose this hotel. It was very clean, the staff were kind and professional, and they really went above and beyond to help us. Everything was excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel!
