The service is very good. The hotel is old, the corridor is dark, the sensor light is not sensitive, and there are people selling cigarettes and tissues at the gate, which is very scary. It feels like they are trying to snatch your phone. The attitude is bad.
The front desk service attitude is very good, especially the manager, who speaks great English and can communicate. The room facilities are old, and the quilt is like the quilt on the train berth. It can be used in an emergency

I am very satisfied, all the staff are polite and kind, the rooms are clean and the response to the customer is prompt. I never never ask or call for something been ignored, they are always there for help, hotel management and staff. Many thanks for everything. Whenever I come turkey I will always come back to them 🙏🏼 ❤️

We arrived there no safe deposit box no phones in rooms no soap no blanket there was fruit flies and we paid for 5 nights stayed 2 nights and left I emailed orbits about I could not stay there because these raisons they didn’t do anything and we left the front disk didn’t even ask us why we are leaving early that’s awful

It had serious issues which has to be fixed, for example toilet flush wasn’t working and water pressure was really low and they hadn’t put liquid soap in kitchen or toilet, the bed was really solid and hurts body, the entire hotel has an impression of depression, but instead the room was clean enough and they put two bottles of water and upgraded my studio to a suit.
