During our staying ,lift is not working for around half day.
Fitness room,while I am wearing Crocs ,didnt let me use the instruments.
For the swimming pool ,they just want to sell u Swim cap.
The bed is not clean and looks like some blood on it.
Without teeth bush and without Bathrobe.

I will not recommend it due to poor service. I stayed 8 days, but they did not allow me to stay 2 hours late for checkout, even though I did a late check-in. I think they look like doggies Becuse in the picture they show me a good room, and they give me a box room.

Is the worst hotel I stay very disappointed.,, staffs is not helpful the hotel is so old .,we arrived early in the morning understand too early so came back at 2pm have to wait 1 hour to check in
Inside the room is so old , no amenities and we ask for toothbrush, shower cap.
Toothbrush is so low quality it broke into 2 and all the brushes is dropping off
Next the long bath for shower , water is flooded have to use your hand to remove the cover for the water to flow as inform by the room service guy ., he didn’t do it we have to do ourself .
Breakfast coffee machine no water cannot dispense
Cappuccino, told the guy in coat maybe the manager he said will fill up but even after we finished our breakfast is not top up .

The hotel facilities and services are good, and the breakfast is plentiful. However, you'll need to take a taxi to get around as the street outside is mainly car repair shops. While it looks close to Taksim, walking there is actually difficult due to Istanbul's uneven terrain and significant elevation changes.
