For the price the location and room is convinient

I had requested a shuttle, but it never came and I had to wait quite a while.

The location is not remote but not particularly good either. It takes a certain amount of time to travel. The room layout is relatively ordinary, without any special highlights, but the basic facilities can be used normally. The breakfast selection is not rich, and the taste is only acceptable. The sanitation is generally acceptable, with no obvious stains, but it is not spotless. In general, this hotel has no outstanding advantages, nor obvious disadvantages, and it can be said to be neither good nor bad.

The hotel is excellent, located in the heart of Istanbul! Within walking distance of all important places! There are Russian-speaking employees, which made me very happy. You can walk to the tram, and then get where you need to go! I recommend it, great place! The only thing missing in the room was shower accessories, shampoo, shower gel, otherwise everything was great!

The room is spacious, bright and comfortable. The service is warm and thoughtful. They patiently answer and help travelers' needs. Living here feels like home. I am very satisfied 👍! I will stay here again if I have the chance in the future.
