Me with my doughter wanted to swim at your hotel, but tha's not free. We need to buy a cap head. It's so sad, because at another 5 star hote,l, that's the facilities we can get for free.

The building is too old,
on the ground floor the diffuser is too strong kinda make you feel dizzy and have headaches

The hotel is absolutely great in terms of location. I lived in Istanbul before and know almost every part of the city. My preference has always been the Asian side and this hotel is just five stations away from Kadikoy (the most gorgeous part of the city by miles) and very close to some major shopping malls, including one which is simply two minutes away from the hotel on the other side of the highway. The staff are outstanding, polite and professional, especially Gamze, Murat and Azize. The breakfast is amazing, the gym is almost perfect and the pool is good.

The stay and location was special when I faced inconvenience with my room bed they immediately upgraded me to a higher room free of charge

I can't say I stay in a proper Hotel. This hotel holds the name of the Hilton but it was a terrible experience. The first problem is the bathroom. Shower equipment was broken, it was very hard to maintain the water temperature and pressure. The design of the bathtubs-shower combination was horrible. You need to step up into the bath tube and it is so dangerous. The breakfast was very good but the coffee and tea were terrific. A good hotel can't buy an automatic espresso machine. They were serving low quality instant coffee. And I couldn't even drink a proper Turkish tea. Location is not bad and the city view was avarage.
