The hotel overall is very luxurious! The breakfast was very extensive and pretty good for a hotel. Our room had a half-transparent door separating the bedroom from the bathroom, which was a little awkward at times when using the toilet. The outdoor pool is a little bit on the small side (and very cold), and the sun doesn't reach it very well. Be careful around the area at night, as there's quite a bit of stray dogs roaming around that might be unpredictable sometimes.

Excellent hotel, very friendly staff!

The hotel on general was ok but the room is extremely small for 2’, the bed is short, BF was good , staff was good and cleanness was fine.

The hotel is very bad ,I booked it because they mention they had a babysitter facility when I ask they said no , also the food is very very bad , breakfast is very poor , the swimming pool only open morning till 12 abs then 7 clock when my kids go to sleep ,the hotel is the worst hotel I ever stayed at Istanbul

This is a beautiful hotel with first- class service near the center of the city. The food is excellent, the presentation is great., and the prices are very reasonable.

Both of the shower head were broken. In jacuzzi it was leaking water and other one was making sound. When I asked for room service to clean my room and change sheets he didn’t and later that day I asked why and he said his manager told him I will be check out today. But I had one more night to stay. They don’t even know how many day their guest is staying..
