The best thing about this hotel is the location, very close to Osmanbey metro station. Great service from the staff, and a decent included breakfast, but that's where I run out of positives. The entire hotel smelt of cigarette smoke, the room was dirty (stains on walls & sheets, black mold in the shower), there was no hand soap in the toilet either. On the last night we couldn't sleep because a group of guests were screaming in the corridor for what felt like hours. The room was small for 2 people, but we paid for an economy room so that's on us I guess. Overall I would recommend this hotel if you're on a budget and aren't put off by stains etc. Would stay again but I'd bring my own soa

It’s a budget Hotel so don’t expect too much, but I like how cozy and welcoming it is. People at reception are very nice and helpful, especially the lady( I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name) always ready to help, they offer tea when you are in the lobby, they help with the luggage. The breakfast is delicious. Overall, I liked it very much, especially their location in the city centre near the Metro station Osmanbey. Thank you for your hospitality.

Personally I like this place. Have stayed many times. If you have any questions- just ask at the reception.

I experienced very nice time there. I stayed for a week and all of them were so friendly and nice. I will come back again definitely.

When I left the hotel, I clearly informed the staff that I did not want my room to be cleaned, as I didn’t want my personal belongings to be touched. Unfortunately, there were no “Do Not Disturb” signs provided, which most hotels normally have. When I returned, it was obvious that the room had been cleaned anyway, and my key card was left inside the room, which raised serious concerns about privacy and security. I immediately called the reception, but the response was very unprofessional. Instead of apologizing or taking responsibility, the staff said things like “we are human, we can forget” and “we are busy.” At that moment, they were clearly not busy. They also did not take proper note of my request. When I explained how upset I was, the response was simply “What do you want us to do?” — which is unacceptable in hospitality. While the location is good, I do not recommend this hotel due to the poor service. The room is extremely small, the amenities are minimal and not up to standard, and even the curtains were not clean. Overall, this experience was a waste of time, and I would not stay here again.

I'd like to thank the hotel staff, they are great and friendly. The room was clean and got cleaned regularly during our long stay. The only thing was a few stains on the walls, and perhaps not using white sheets, but other than everything was great My only complaints are the room size, and that our rooms didn't have a safe (others do).

The hotel's convenient location, just a few minutes' walk from the Osmanbey metro station and bus stop, makes it worthwhile. Aside from the convenient location, the hotel's pros include a good, hearty Turkish breakfast, including omelets, eggs, a variety of greens, fruits and vegetables, and a wide variety of olives and cheeses. The hotel is housed in an old historic building with wooden windows. The street parallel to the main road is quiet and cozy, with many local clothing shops and tailor shops. Grocery stores are nearby. The dining room on the sixth floor has a beautiful view of the city from the terrace. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The room has a TV and refrigerator. Toothpaste and toothbrush are provided upon request. No insects. The price is good. Cons: the walls need painting and have shoe marks, the windowsill is falling off, and the toilet flushes poorly. The bed linen has lipstick stains and other stains. The overall condition of the room was dirty. Cleaning was done only twice during our five-night stay, upon request. Towels were changed upon request. We stayed in April; it was chilly, with the air conditioning providing heat. Overall, I recommend this hotel for casual travelers who don't plan to stay in the hotel but are planning activities in the city. It's ideal for an overnight stay and breakfast.

The location is great! The breakfasts are amazing! The room is so-so, but if you're just going to sleep, it's okay.
