Great location, very close to my workplace and there's a shopping mall nearby.

It was a smooth stay.

Walking distance to Tuyap Convention Centre. If you want go shopping can go to First Avenue, about 20 minutes by foot. The room was spacious, breakfast also good. Just hoping the breakfast to change everyday so that we nor too bored with the food. Housekeeping also always cleanup the room and replenish the amenities, which is good. Thank you to the tuyap palas staffs, we had a comfortable stays.

The hotel is right next to the exhibition hall, making it very convenient for exhibitors. It's clean and has a good breakfast. However, it's about a 1-2 kilometer walk to nearby restaurants. It's a great place for business trips.

We chose this hotel because we were attending an exhibition. The hotel has direct access to the exhibition hall, which was very convenient and a huge plus for us first-time visitors. The breakfast selection was plentiful and satisfying, and for dinner, if you don't feel like going out, you can enjoy the rooftop restaurant with its excellent view. Overall, it's a very business-friendly hotel.

1. Due to a flight cancellation, I arrived one day late. I requested to cancel my first-day check-in a week in advance, but when I called the hotel to cancel my first-day check-in, they refused. Ctrip's customer service also intervened, but was refused. When I called again, they said it was because I had received a special offer, etc., refusing to cancel the first-day check-in. The front desk staff were very attentive, but the hotel restaurant was a bit limited in its menu; the fries were pretty good, though.

The location is great, dinner was great, continental breakfast, the room was clean, hot water was great, we arrived late and they were patient with checking us in.

It is really convenient to attend the exhibition. It is right next door.
