Booing was made for our last day on trip and flight was booked for evening hoping we can keep our luggage securely! When we check with receptionsil he just wants us to leave luggage in an open lounge! Yes that is weird and we ended up paying €20 euros on radical storage.
Hygiene is also another matter, we were welcomed with used slipper( please see attached photo), also visible stains on pillow and bath towel( thankfully my wife had extra towel)
Anyone looking for free luggage storage and Hygiene please stay Away!!

We booked the best hotel I've ever stayed in. The six of us were very pleased. They were very helpful and attentive. The hotel is very clean and hygienic. As with any hotel, there are sometimes negative reviews. Don't worry, I highly recommend it. Thank you, La Serena family.

Check-in / staff: very rude front staff, doesn’t really care. New towel, toilet paper, bed sheets only after asking for it multiple times even after several days.
Location: Quite dirty and dodgy area but close to major transport
Cleanliness: Sofa with lots of stains, very dirty. Blood stains / cigarette holes on several pillows and towels
Service: non existent. See above, any basic services only after requesting several times. No room cleaning or anything. Room was cleaned after 3 days after requesting it strongly. While cleaning some of our things disappeared
Amenities: non existent
Strongly recommended not to stay here

The hotel is very clean and safe. I stayed at the hotel for one day with my friend. I wish we could have stayed longer. The hotel is very close to Taksim Square. The staff is friendly and helpful. I will choose this hotel when I visit Istanbul again. Thank you, La Serena family.

這家酒店位於距離塔克西姆廣場很近的位置，步行大約七八分鐘，到塔克西姆廣場附近乘坐地鐵和公交都非常方便。附近老城區小巷各色商品小店琳琅滿目，餐館多，小超市很便利。房間很好，空間舒適度不錯，熱水淋浴好，咖啡茶包純凈水俱全，還有小冰箱可以存放買的飲料，床品舒適。

"Our hotel stay was wonderful. Our room was extremely clean, spacious, and comfortable. Enjoying the city view from the balcony was a special pleasure. I would definitely recommend it to those looking for a comfortable stay. We were very pleased with both the cleanliness and the peace."
