They even upgraded my room to bigger one. The hotel is just nice located at the center but it was hilly. Overall the hotel is clean and amazing service!

Overall satisfactory / above average experience and would recommend anyone visiting Istanbul. Improvement point would be to put in place a water dispenser and breakfast timing should be extended.

The hotel staff was very arrogant and had a very bad attitude. There was no hot water for the shower. After I told the staff, they were very perfunctory and checked out directly. They kept emphasizing how much I paid, but these were the only services. Their attitude was ridiculously bad.

Nice room with comfortable bed. We went in November and it was very warm. The reception was very good and attentive. The only downside was that breakfast was served in the hotel next door and we didn't like it very much.

We had a bad experience at atlantis royal hotelthe receptionist took money from us for the upgradation and lied that we dont and also i check out time is 12 but they told it was 11 and we are late for 2 hrs also we booked a cab from there for 4500 rs we reached 1 hr late and they told cab is not available now and they cant pay back our moneywe dont recommend this hotel to anyone

C'est le pire hôtel où j'ai logé à Istanbul la chambre et plein de moisissures de l'eau qui coule des murs et la salle de bain en ne parle même pas je vous laisse regarder les photos pour juger. Le personnel et très désagréable en à demander de nous changer de chambre à plusieurs reprises il en refuser de nous rembourser et nous changer la chambre alors qu'il y en avait d'autres disponible en à même était menacer. Ne vous faites pas avoir comme nous par les commentaires élogieux fuiyer cette hôtel c'est une vrai arnaque.
