離新機場開車大概40分鐘，周邊配套一般，但酒店裡有吃有喝，還有理髮店，早餐選擇不多，房間空間足夠，性價比不錯

Oda temizliği güzel, kahvaltı süper personel ilgili teşekkürler.Fakat bazı eksi hususlar var klima sesli çalışıyor. Odadaki aydınlatma lambaları arızalı yanıp sönüyor. Otopark ücretsiz olması ve aracını kendin park etme seçeneği güzel. Otopark aydınlatması çok zayıf, asansör ile otopark a indiğinde, indiğin katta aydınlatma yok karanlıkta arabayı park ettiğim yeri bulmakta zorlandım. Otopark in bulunduğu katta atıl eşyalar olması da 5 yıldızlı otel için eksi bir görüntü. Genel olarak memnun kaldım. İş seyahati için tekrardan tercih edilebilir.

We stayed 4 nights. The service was not consistent.
Sometimes no towels we have to ask
No drinking water. We have to ask
We stayed in 12th floor and it was clean

Here's the advice if you'll stay in this hotel, make sure the lady in the reception likes you, because if she doesn't, she'll make sure that none of the hotel service will be delivered to you and make your stay like hell.
I couldn't get connected to wifi because she refused to instruct us on how to connect , unless if i come down to the reception and declare my humility
She refused my laundry to be delivered to my room before I come down to the reception and pay first (never trust the client as a slogan)
Clearly, she didn't like my wife either. She hanged up every time my wife called to ask for any service before she said a word.
You may wonder how she's still in her job with this attitude, well, life if full of mysteries!
Other than that, everything is fine , just tolerate the team if they enter your room without knocking, or take the food from your table while you are still eating , or gazing at you with anger for asking for unnecessary things like tea.
The nice and wise client relation manager was very kind. She told me to call her when I face any difficulties, but it wasn't feasible to call her 10 times a day. I truly wish her luck.
