Akka Suites Taksim-Special Class

Excellent hotel! Everything is quite comfortable and conducive to relaxation. The bed was great, we slept wonderfully. Good breakfasts. I recommend it and would return myself.

The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable, with a lovely French-style decor. The front desk staff were also very welcoming and friendly. They even offer free luggage storage after check-out, which was super convenient. The breakfast was delicious too, and for this price, it's a much better deal than places I've booked before. I'd definitely recommend it to friends for their next visit to Istanbul.

Located on Istiklal Avenue, the hotel offers a very convenient location. It's easily accessible from Istanbul Airport with just one metro transfer. Great value for money, highly recommended. We stayed for two nights and our room was cleaned daily. Breakfast is served at a restaurant right across from the hotel, which has a wonderful ambiance and delicious food.

The room was nice, but the location wasn't convenient for catching a taxi. Breakfast was decent, and the staff were very friendly. For the price, it was excellent value. The best part is that Istiklal Street and Taksim Square are right outside the door.

Excellent base for one or two nights before a cruise. We stayed at Akka Suites Taksim special hotel for one night before our cruise. I recommend it for active travelers who plan to use the hotel only as a place to sleep and don't intend to spend much time there. It's a good fit for those who want to explore the Taksim area. What I liked: * **Room:** Modern, clean, and fully equipped (robes, slippers, kettle, drinking water, tea, and coffee are provided). * **Service:** A pleasant complimentary fruit plate upon check-in. * **Atmosphere:** The hotel is tucked away inside a narrow, cozy street, making it quiet. * The receptionist spoke Russian. Things to note: * **Location:** You'll have to walk with your luggage over cobblestones to reach the entrance, which can be physically uncomfortable. If you have heavy luggage or small children, it's best to pre-arrange a transfer from the nearest accessible road. * **Window View:** Due to the densely built-up street, there's practically no view, so don't have any expectations in this regard. * Breakfast is served in the adjacent building (right next to the hotel), but this minor detail wasn't an issue at all.

Why did I choose this hotel? Primarily because of its location! 📍 1 minute walk to Istiklal Street 10 minutes to Galata, with all the main attractions within walking distance. We were so tired from our journey that I didn't take any photos of the room, but trust me, it was really nice. Everything was in light colors, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was very welcoming; they even brought us fruit. Excellent job!
