After getting off the tram and passing through the entire mosque square, it's not too far away. You can see the sea view from the rooftop, but the location is relatively remote and you can only see two feet of the mosque. There is a street for eating and drinking downstairs, which is very convenient.

Garbage. Very dissatisfied. It's all a scam. They specifically rip off Chinese people. After booking online, they charge an extra 600 liras when they arrive at the store. The hygiene is very poor. The front desk service attitude is poor. They keep promoting the restaurant. Taxi

The room is small, very old, and the sound insulation is also very poor. The bed sheets and other items are very,,, uncomfortable. Except for the nearby attractions, there is nothing good about it.

It's good, except that the room is a bit small, but there is no toothbrush and toothpaste

This was awful experience, don’t want to repeat it again. After checking out the hotel tried to cancel my booking with the message “no show” even though we lived there and they charged the entire payment. So booking tried to charge my again for no show. It's more like a scam so that I can't leave this review on booking platform. The hotel is dumb, everything is full of holes - a blanket, towels, some damage on the walls, the handles of the cabinets are broken off, we took 2 rooms - everywhere is the same. When booking, I indicated that I would be 2 adults and 2 children. As a result, upon arrival we are given a room with one bed. I had to ask for bed linen on the sofa, they brought it after 3 requests. The walls are very thin, you can hear everything all the time. Breakfast for 20 bucks per person - probably also taken from a 4 star hotel. The refrigerator did not work, they repaired all 6 days of stay and did not manage to fix it. Room cleaning - if you only ask strongly, otherwise they may not come for days. On the recommendation of the restaurant, they were taken to a nearby eatery, with a price tag of 400 lire for an ordinary dish. The toilet doesn't smell very good. The impression of the city spoiled strongly.

We booked this hotel on the basis of the photos which showed nice rooms. The reality was it was very dirty with a strong tobacco smell across the hotel. Housekeeping was so poor that we felt we needed to leave earlier! Avoid if possible.

We stayed from 28th August 2022 to 2nd September. We paid about £300. The hotel is nice. The location is perfect for Sultanahmet square. It’s a few minutes walk to all the major attractions in that part of the city, like the Blue Mosque, the Hagia Sophia and the Basilica Cisterns. The rooms are nicely decorated and we had a small balcony with a view of the sea. The room also has good aircon. Our main issue was that the bed was very uncomfortable, the mattress was rock solid and lumpy (from the springs). For me this is one of the main things for a hotel to have - a comfy bed. The other small issues were the general state of repair. The room could do with a bit of maintenance, especially in the bathroom. The grout and silicone needed cleaning and replacing in places and the toilet brush was very old and manky, such a quick and cheap fix. However the general state of toilets is Turkey was a bit of an eye opener so i think this is par for the course out there. Overall I would recommend the hotel as the location is so good and the place is quite nice on the whole, and it was good value for money.

I stayed 2 weeks and I was very happy. First of all, it is one of the very few accessible hotels in Old Town- with a ramp up to the lobby and lift to rooms. Only terrace has to be a accessed by 1 flight of stairs, and the view up there is so nice I spent many afternoons watching the Bosphorus. You can clearly see the Blue Mosque from there. I had a rear facing room which was very large, and a small balcony. It was very peaceful, only the seagulls and occasional loud dinner party from some nearby rooftop. The staff- so nice, they seemed very concerned with me. Cleaning staff, so nice and cleaned every day. Being 1-2 blocks from Sultanahmet Park was just perfect. I didn’t love the pushy restaurants on this street but then I found the cooking school restaurant 1/2 block away and it was my oasis for great food and quiet atmosphere.
