The hotel staff were very friendly. The receptionist checked us in early and let us in for breakfast. Thank you very much. The hotel was cleaned every day. The room was decent. The breakfast was okay, nothing special.
But it's located in an area with some auto repair shops. In a low-lying area. Exercise is guaranteed. You constantly have to climb up to the metro. Taksim metro is about 15 minutes away. At night, we sometimes heard people swearing on the street. And at 6:00 AM, they read the Quran. No need for an alarm clock))). The attitude in the hammam is terrible; the staff there are unfriendly. The hammam itself is cold, and the stones don't heat up at all.

The price/performance ratio is very high. I had a very happy stay. The service staff was patient and could communicate in English. The room was quite large, the sanitary conditions were very good, it was very close to Maxim Square, and the breakfast was also acceptable.

The location is not good. There is garbage everywhere in the factory area. There are no supermarkets/restaurants. It feels unsafe to go back to the hotel at night.
The hotel facilities are older, but the room feels spacious. It feels good to stay there.
