The location was good, and the water pressure and temperature were excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and they provided everything we needed.
However, the cleanliness was disappointing. The room didn’t feel properly cleaned, the carpet and furniture looked quite old and worn, and there was a noticeable smell of smoke inside. The bathroom also needed more attention. I’ve uploaded some photos to show what I mean. Overall, it’s an okay place , but it definitely needs better cleaning and maintenance.

I found the hotel very nice because its location is perfect, very close to everywhere, transportation, restaurants and in a very central place in Taksim Square. The rooms are meticulously cleaned and spacious. The staff is really very helpful.

Aclean hotel, conveniently located 2 minutes from the square and close to all public transportation, including the metro and buses. They sterilize the rooms every two days.
The service is very good. The reception staff speaks more than six languages, including Arabic and English. It was a wonderful experience.
I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and
