The location is not as convenient that you can walk to the next door convenient shop, however it is within 10mins taxi distance, 20mins to sultanhamet. The life wellbeing concept, gym, spa, hamami amenities are superb!

Nice hotel with cooperative staff, if you book the see view rooms you can get a lovely view of Bosporus and entire Istanbul.

Amazing hotel, breakfast, food and restaurants at the hotel are excellent. Polite staff, spacious and beautiful rooms and great views.

1st day arrived when we check-in our room, it is blocked by another tower building, after talked to Akin understand that there is a wedding, all room are being booked, they can help me to change another room next day, hence, next day after our breakfast, Ms Raziye managed help us with a better view room. On our last day, Ms Assel also give us some good advices; concierge gentlemen also give us a lot of good advices on local food! All the staffs are very friendly. Love this place.

The hotel's occupancy rate is very high, the service is very good, and the cleaners forget to tip and work very hard. The scenery is also beautiful. The hotel's 16 rooft bar is very suitable for taking pictures, and the restaurant next to it is also delicious. I choose this area every time I go to Istanbul. The hotel is within walking distance to the subway station and the pier, but the walk back to the hotel is up a hill and requires climbing. 😁The Ritz-Carlton is on the hillside next to it.

There is nothing to complain about the location and service of this hotel. The hotel lobby faces the Bosphorus Strait and has a beautiful view. The room is spacious and has direct access to the outdoor swimming pool. The gym is open 24 hours a day, the indoor swimming pool is kept at a constant temperature, there is a hot spring pool, and there are free swimming caps to borrow. The toiletries in the room are of average quality. It is recommended to bring your own toothpaste and toiletries. We landed on an early flight and arrived at the hotel at more than 8 o'clock in the morning. The front desk actually checked us in directly. The deposit was 100 US dollars per night, which can be paid by credit card or cash. The buffet breakfast is 1400 lira per person. The hotel is a 10-minute walk from Dolmabahçe Palace.
