Well located, great view , friendly and helpful staff Be careful some double room have semi double bed !

When I checked-in I was assigned the room on 1st floor so I politely asked the receptionist for the room in different floor and they said they can’t give me any other room since it was full. So I have no choice but staying in that room. I was assigned the room with the ashtray even though I requested for non-smoking room. Luckily there’s no smoking smell. However, the room in front of me was renovating so I was interrupted during my whole stay. I was wondering why they gave me this room as they already know that the room in front of mine have to be renovated and it will interrupt the guests. I told them about that. And they just apologised to me with no any other action. Just sorry. 😐 The only good thing about this hotel is the location. The rest is just okay compare to the price of the hotel. I’m very disappointed and I don’t think I’ll recommend this hotel to any of my friends.

The location is good. You can walk to the galaya tower and isiklal Cd. And you can see the beautiful landscape from the window. But the gym is very small. And you can not use the swimming pool,and can't go to the top floor to see the cityview. And the toilet is a little bit narrow.

Amazing hotel, i was staying on 15th floor, with Bosporus straight fabulous view, for you guys never came to istanbul before, you better try this hotel.... location is quite strategic, in term of elevation is able to see 360° specially from top pool floor, it is also nearby istiklel street where always alot of people shopping and walking around, near by taksim square, you just could go on foot, metro station is 450m to Sishane, and ready to go everywhere istanbul place, trem bit far but fine, full complete amenities, free and payable, receptionist officer was really nice on arrival i forgot the name, and check out office Bro Muhamet was really nice as well, for me, I m sure i will stay this hotel again but i will search for cheaper price from other agent. Bravoooo...

Hotel location is awesome, front staff are great, super friendly - bit disappointed with the dinner (at their restaurant), was waiting for 15 mins and nobody there to help (and yes, there was 3 staff walking around but they didn't “acknowledge” me) - I ended up eat somewhere else.

Hi Hotel is in a good location; if you are able to get a room on the higher floors then the view is amazing. The room was a reasonable size and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was also good.

The bathroom in this room is very small and the room is normal! The only drawback is that the hotel is located near the bar street, so it will be noisy at night! The staff are not very friendly either.

The hotel is in a great location, next to the Pera Palace Hotel, a five-minute walk from the Şişhane metro station, and through a small alley you can reach Istiklal Avenue. The view from the room is very good, and the room on the 11th floor can see a little bit of the spire of the Galata Tower. The breakfast buffet is also very rich, but it is not in the mikla on the roof, but in the restaurant on the first floor. The disadvantage is that the room is relatively small, which is the smallest room I have stayed in during this trip to Turkey. There is only one socket next to the table in the room, and there is no socket at the bedside. In addition, you can hear the music from the bar next to you at night, which is a bit noisy.
