Worst Hotel Experience Ever – Completely Unprofessional and Dishonest My stay at Aramr Istanbul was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I booked a Standard Triple Room for three people, but they gave us a tiny double room with a cheap, temporary single bed added just to make it look like a triple. The room we got was completely different from what I booked online — nothing matched the photos. I’ve attached pictures below showing the room I booked vs the room I actually got. When I complained, the staff gave excuses — first saying the triple room was “booked,” then claiming it was “under renovation.” If that’s true, why did they still take my booking and payment? Totally dishonest. Their solution was ridiculous — they offered two single rooms and said they could add another bed in one. Such unprofessional management! Even worse, when I asked for a blanket and pillow for the extra bed, they promised to bring them but never did. I had to go to reception at 3 AM to get a blanket myself, and they never gave me a pillow during my whole stay. Because of this hotel’s terrible service and fake advertising, my Istanbul trip was seriously ruined. I couldn’t rest, and it caused unnecessary stress. I even met another guest who faced the same issue — he didn’t get the room he booked either. Aramr Istanbul is a scam hotel. Fake photos, careless staff, zero hospitality. Avoid this place at all costs!

The shower drain should be unclogged, otherwise quite pleasant for a short stay in Istanbul :)

I wasn’t satisfied with the setting of the room. The height of the bed was too high. My son fell off the bed and his nose and mouth became swollen as a result of that. It wasn’t baby friendly at all. Also, they didn’t change the bins. We did request them to change them but they didn’t.

I don’t like the location and hotel , need to be improve , very noise in ground floor, no power backup,I rating 3/5 🙁
