Foi péssimo, atendimento no check in mulher da recepção grossa, mau educada, não tinha luz para andar a noite dos quartos para recepção ou p/ ir para a praia, tinha que ligar a lanterna do celular para não cair nas pontes que passam em cima de um mangue fedido pq não tem proteção nas laterais, praia suja não tem como entrar, piscina funcionava só depois das 10:00 e fechava as 20:00, e não tinha luz também tdo escuro. Nada a favor do hospede, todos os benefícios só para o hotel. Nunca mais volto e também não indico. Se está atrás de conforto, comer bem não caiam nessa pq só arrependimento e dinheiro jogado fora. Tudo muito caro, 0 de conforto, 0 no atendimento ao hospede, 0 na limpeza.

O atendimento foi excelente. A área do hotel é muito bonita e bem conservada. Ficamos na suíte em 3 pessoas. Quarto novo e bem decorado. Para 2 pessoas seria bem espaçoso mas com o sofá cama aberto para a 3ª pessoa torna-se apertado. Cafe da manhã bom. Na hora do check out apresentam a conta e uma sugestão de gorgeta de 10% do valor da estadia para toda a equipe.

Hotel muito bom, porém: No primeiro dia minha esposa machucou-se na obra do hotel, pois não havia sinalização das linhas de locação, distribuídas na obra do estacionamento. No último dia não havia água quente no chuveiro e não tivemos apoio para resolver o problema.

Razoável, não tem serviço de quarto, cardápio fraco, para tomar um café expresso você te que ir até o restaurante, eles não levam no quarto, falta treinamento para os colaboradores.

Atendimento e equipe maravilhosos. Café da manhã excelente. Jardins e conservação do hotel excelentes. As suítes são mais novas e melhores que os bangalôs, um pouco mais velhos mas limpos e conservados. Só tivemos problema com a tv que ficou sem funcionar no quarto durante a estadia.
