This place is very charming, and close to the center, where day and night life happens. If you go to Itacare, make sure that you stay in a place near by street Pituba; There you have nice restaurants and shops, and you are close to best beaches La Concha, Tiririka, Ribeiro (last two good for surfing). Do not go to any place far from the center like Alto do Bosque, that is far away, and if you don't have a car, walking those hills up and down at 35 degrees is extremely hard especially if you go to Itacare for surfing with your surfboards). I have seen announces which reflects distances from the rented flat to the beaches and center which are not true, so make sure that you calculate in advance the distance with google map or any other, otherwise you will be depending of taxis to go everywhere.

Eu escolhi esse pela cama e não me decepcionei. Colchão e roupa de cama ótimos, além do tamanho da cama ser grande. Ar condicionado perfeito e silencioso. O banheiro é pequeno e o espelho pequeno é enferrujado, e não tem área externa. É o quarto espaçoso e só. Mas eu gostei da minha escolha.

Fiquei três dias no duplex. Super indico! muito bom para quem deseja fazer suas refeições no flat. Algumas tomadas não estavam funcionando, na suíte superior apenas uma estava funcionando.
Após, ficamos mais 6 dias no térreo, e o apartamento ñ estava muito bom.
Havia infiltração próximo ao ar condicionado, e este **b ñ estava refrigerando muito bem e além de o controle **b ñ funcionar. Tive que usar o meu aparelho celular para ligar e
controlar a temperatura do ar condicionado.
A porta do banheiro ñ fechava direito.
No mais, podemos aproveitar bem a estadia, uma vez que a localização do flat é bem próxima a rua principal e as praia locais.

Pontos positivos:
1- Localizado bem próximo a passarela, principal atração noturna da cidade com bares, restaurantes, lojas, supermercados, etc...
2- Espaço interno acomoda confortavelmente 4 pessoas.
3- Camas confortáveis.
4- TV a cabo funcionando normalmente.
Oportunidades de melhoria:
1- Relação custo benefício não é tão boa, existem pousadas com preços mais atraentes com café da manhã incluso.
2 - Alguns itens da moradia já necessitando de manutenção. (portas dos quartos e banheiros, geladeira).
